5 Stars: Amazing stay at this villa every thing was perfect the outside space and the look out across the lake was beautiful plenty of space indoor very peaceful and not too far from Disney very close to all amenities we was a family of 6 adults and would definitely recommend this villa. Check in and out very simple and all instructions very clear and communicated exceptionally well.

We have been booking with Homes of America for many years and continue to return because of the exceptional service and personal touch they provide. Susan and the team are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail of our stay is just right. Their communication is excellent, and it always feels like were catching up with old friends when arranging our holidays. On our most recent trip, the villa was outstanding. It was spacious and beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean on arrival, and decorated with a real sense of style that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The living areas were bright and airy, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the pool area quickly became our favourite spot to relax. The location was also perfect set in a lovely area we have grown familiar with over the years, giving us both convenience and a sense of coming home. As always, Susan knew exactly what we would love and matched us with the ideal property. We are always excited to plan our next visit, and we cant recommend Homes of America highly enough for anyone looking for their dream home from home in Florida. Thank you to the whole team for your continued support and for helping us create so many wonderful holiday memories over the years.

We’ve been coming to Orlando for many years now and stay in a different home each year. This one definitely ranks near the top of my families favourites. The minute we walked through the door it was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing and was very welcoming (little touches like the lamps being left on when we arrived just as it was starting to go dark). The beds were extremely comfortable (I’m actually missing the bed I slept in as for the first time in a long time I hadn’t been waking up with back ache), and the villa was spacious enough that we weren’t all getting on top of one another. The location is great; there aren’t many communities better located for getting to the theme parks without spending hours of your holiday sat on the I4 (if you know, you know). Of course the pool was nice (again, extremely clean) but the best bit of the villa for us was the games room. As I said, we’ve stayed in many villas – some with games rooms, some without – but this is the only villa we’ve stayed in that has aircon in the games room, which made being in there really comfortable. We spent many, many hours in there as a family, laughing and making memories, and we all miss it so much – so much so that the kids now want a pool table at home. (The fact I beat my husband 12 games to 10 over the curse of our stay has no reflection on my opinion of this) Finally a special thanks to the owner, Emma; She is super friendly, super helpful and was incredibly understanding when we had to make changes to our reservation a couple of months before going. Not many owners are this understanding and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you xx
